John began producing television content early in his career, working on programming for FOX. He quickly decided that creating content was his passion and worked to cultivate innovative ideas for television.
John went on to form InfraRed Creative with Joe Dorsey, and developed the television series Travel Thru History, which was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in its first season. In 2014 John received his first Daytime Emmy win for his work with the Walt Disney Company, and in that same year he helped co-found the Watch And Learn Foundation. He won another Daytime Emmy in 2017 for his work on the Disney's Broadway Hits show.

Joe studied television at the University of Central Florida, and began freelance producing television content for major networks like MTV and FOX early on in his career. In 2001, Joe formed Blackburst Entertainment with two colleagues and quickly grew it into a major production facility in Orlando.
In 2011, Joe formed InfraRed Creative, a company that focuses on content creation. InfraRed's first series, Travel Thru History, was nominated for a National Daytime Emmy in its first season. Joe currently acts as President and co-founder of the Watch And Learn Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity dedicated to educational television.

Steph is an Emmy award-winning television news anchor with 20 years experience. She's spanned the globe, bringing her viewers live television coverage from Russia, China, Greece, Italy, Brazil, Australia, Canada, and beyond. She's also a social media strategist and digital content creator, offering both behind-the-scenes consulting and day-of, on-camera appearances.

A student pilot herself, she specializes in aviation and aerospace, having worked with the world's largest air shows like EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, SUN 'n FUN, and Abbotsford International. She writes for several aviation related trade magazines, presents regularly at the International Council of Air Shows, and sits on the board of the Oregon International Air Show and Northwest Council of Air Shows.
She also specializes in technology, consulting startups from initial funding through rapid growth. When not consulting, she provides on-air coverage of major tech events like CES (Consumer Electronics Show) to both digital and legacy media. She's passionate about AI and robotics, so don't get her started unless you have a spare 20 minutes.
You can also find her moderating main stage panels at big events like Rose City Comic Con, delivering custom keynote speeches at venues like the Comcast Women's Summit, and emceeing across the country from Oregon to New York.



Nick Pletcher»
Nick is the youngest member of the IR team. He currently attends the University of Central Florida Film program.
His directorial debut, The Day Comedy Died, won the National Campus MovieFest for Best Comedy, and was nominated for Best Picture.

His film work can be seen on Virgin America Airlines. Nick loves to shoot, direct, as well as, edit.
